Pomona-based Keystone Automotive Industries Inc. said that it has acquired the assets of. Auto Panels Plus in Tulsa, Okla.
Keystone, an aftermarket collision repair parts distributor, said Wednesday that the privately-held auto parts company will enhance its presence and increase the customer base in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Shares of Keystone edged up 78 cents in afternoon trading to $34.90 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
