SMWM, an architecture, planning and urban design firm, promoted Evan Rose to principal and Prakash Pinto to associate principal, both working with the Port of Los Angeles. Rose was previously associate principal and Pinto was previously senior associate.

Century City-based Private Bank of California hired Charles D. Kenny as chief executive and director and Richard A. Smith as president and director. Kenny was previously president, chief operating officer and a director at Manufacturers Bank in Los Angeles and Smith was previously senior vice president and group manager of private banking at the Beverly Hills branch of Comerica Bank.
Los Angeles-based National Bank of California hired Charles Azcunaga as assistant vice president/business development lending officer. Azcunaga was previously a priority banking officer at Union Bank of California in Newport Beach.
Union Bank of California N.A. in San Francisco promoted Stasia C. Washington to regional director for wealth management sales, to be based in Beverly Hills. Washington was previously vice president and head of wealth strategic markets for the wealth management division.
Manhattan Beach-based Kinecta Federal Credit Union promoted Toni Daniels to senior vice president, member service and administration, and Teresa Y. Freeborn to president of Kinecta Financial Management Co. LLC, a subsidiary of the credit union. Daniels was previously vice president of human resources development and Freeborn will retain her title as senior vice president, marketing and communications for the credit union.

Los Angeles-based Fox Sports International promoted Raul Palma to vice president of production and Fausto Ceballos to vice president of creative services. Palma was previously director of production and Ceballos was previously director of creative services.
