FastSoft Inc. said Tuesday its board has named J. Edward Snyder as the Pasadena tech company’s chief executive.
Snyder is a 20-year veteran in technology-based business management. Most recently, Snyder founded and or seed-funded several startups including Netboost, which was acquired by Intel.
“Ed’s experience leading technology ventures to maximize shareholder value is outstanding,” Chairman Steven Low said in a statement.
FastSoft is a California Institute of Technology spinoff launched in 2006.
