Some errors appeared in the April 21 Real Estate Special Report story on the San Gabriel Valley market. The brokerage firm that employs Frank Geraci was misidentified he is employed by CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. Also, the name of the lessee, size and value of a lease deal signed at 2225 Workman Mill Road in the City of Industry were misstated. The deal, valued at $8.3 million, involved AirGas Inc. leasing 217,000 square feet of space.
