The Feb. 16 Business Digest contained an error about the sale of a unit of Woodland Hills-based WMC Mortgages Corp. to Norwest Mortgage. The latter has agreed to acquire WMC’s portfolio of “A” loans, while WMC is still in the sub-prime business and continues to employ about 1,000 people at its headquarters office.
