Glendale-based IHOP Corp. has named president and Chief Executive Julia Stewart as chairman of the board.
tewart, a board member, succeeds the restaurant chain’s former chairman, Larry Alan Kay, who will remain on the board as lead director. She is a 34-year veteran of the foodservice industry, and has been with IHOP since December, 2001.
