Lauren Katunich’s litigation experience includes an extensive record of successfully defending employers and business clients in high-stakes employment, wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, trade secret, and business disputes. She has served as lead trial and arbitration counsel in numerous matters and has repeatedly secured complete defense verdicts, favorable dispositive rulings, and advantageous resolutions for clients across a wide range of industries.
Among Katunich’s trial successes, she obtained a complete defense verdict following a four-week jury trial involving claims against a household employer for racial and national origin harassment, as well as alleged wage-and-hour violations. She also chaired a pregnancy discrimination and wrongful termination jury trial on behalf of a real estate owner and developer, securing a complete defense verdict.
