Jason Kearnaghan is a seasoned trial lawyer and co-leader of Sheppard’s Labor and Employment practice group. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to defending clients in complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions.
Among Kearnaghan’s most notable recent achievements, he secured a complete defense verdict on behalf of a healthcare client in a hard-fought case involving claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation—a result that was subsequently affirmed on appeal. He also has a proven track record of obtaining early, favorable outcomes that spare clients the considerable expense and uncertainty of trial.
