Marc Fenster is chair of patent litigation at Russ August & Kabat, a practice group he started in 2003. Under his leadership, RAK’s patent group has grown to approximately 30 lawyers and has been one of the top firms representing patent holders for over a decade. Fenster has served as lead trial counsel in over 15 jury trials for patent holders, obtaining jury verdicts of infringement in damages in all but one of them.
Fenster also acts as a mentor to young lawyers at RAK, and is a long-standing member of the USC IP Institute Board. RAK has an active and regular pro bono practice in which Fenster is assisting with handling a trade secret case pro bono for a former pro
