Adam Fee is a first-chair trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor whose career has placed him at the center of some of the most complex and closely watched civil and criminal matters in the country. A partner in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and White Collar Defense, Regulatory and Investigations practices, Fee represents global financial institutions, multinational corporations, senior executives, and public officials in their most consequential disputes.
His recent work includes acting as lead counsel in the two highest-profile securities fraud prosecutions in the country, defending two major Middle Eastern media companies in high-stakes defamation and hacking litigation, and guiding a sitting US Senator through FARA and corruption charges in the Southern District of New York.
