Rob Ellison, a member of Latham & Watkins’ Litigation & Trial Department and the Complex Commercial Litigation practice, advises clients in the areas of real estate, entertainment, sports, and media, and general commercial litigation. Ellison has successfully represented clients ranging from public companies, real estate developers and firms, private equity-backed portfolio companies, and sports franchises to leading internet, entertainment, and emerging companies. Ellison, a seasoned trial lawyer, has first chaired numerous successful arbitrations.
Ellison currently serves on Latham’s Ethics Committee, and he previously served on the firm’s Recruiting and Training & Career Enhancement Committees. He routinely serves on the faculty for the firm’s trial advocacy training for litigation associates and mentors numerous associates in the Los Angeles office.
