Laura Stumm is a Vice Chairman with Newmark and a leader of the firm’s Capital Markets practice in Los Angeles. As a key member of the investment sales team led by Kevin Shannon, Stumm specializes in acquisition and disposition advisory for institutional and private owners of commercial real estate across a variety of asset classes including office, land, lab/life science, and studios. Over the course of Stumm’s real estate career, she has led over $18 billion in transactions with specialized expertise in fee simple interest, leasehold, joint venture, sale-leaseback, and tenant representation transactions.
