As a vice president for digital marketing and CRM strategy at Fortune 500 company Live Nation Entertainment, Lydia Colaresi builds and lead cross-functional groups across product, engineering, data science and marketing to develop AI-first messaging platforms. She leads a team of 90% women, with all leadership positions held by women. She is a passionate mentor, formally mentoring through her company’s programs and personally guiding her team to achieve their career goals. Colaresi has successfully advocated for equal pay and promoted eight women to manager and senior roles within her organization. Additionally, four of her previous direct reports have risen to become digital marketing leaders in the entertainment industry, showcasing the lasting impact of her mentorship. Her dedication to empowering women extends beyond her immediate team through active involvement in Women in Leadership, Women in Tech circles, and the Women Nation employee group. Colaresi volunteers annually to promote science and STEAM education at Burbank schools, inspiring young minds to pursue careers in technology and innovation. As a Burbank Parent Education Council board member, she fosters educational initiatives that benefit local families, specifically new mothers. Beyond her local contributions, Colaresi actively supports the National Council of Jewish Women, whose mission aligns with her passion for equity and empowerment.
