Greiwe is perhaps best known for cofounding Invitations Homes Inc., a real estate company that specializes in single family rental homes. That company eventually went public and Greiwe would go on to create a slew of other real estate enterprises before cofounding Fifth Wall Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on injecting new technologies into the real estate world. The firm has invested in more than 150 startups in proptech, like storage renting platform Neighbor, home insurance company Hippo (which went public in 2021) and renter rewards platform Bilt. Fifth Wall Ventures has more than $3.2 billion in capital under management and commitments.Â
