Harridge Development Group
Schwartzman serves as the president and chief executive of Harridge Development Group, a Beverly Grove-based urban infill development company which he founded in 2010. Schwartzman started as a builder of single-family housing subdivisions and, today, the company owns over 5,000 lots of for-sale single-family housing across Los Angeles, Ventura, Alameda, Santa Barbara and Orange counties. The company is currently in lot-production of selling roughly 1,200 lots to builders in the next 18 months and is developing and building another 1,300 lots as built to rent townhomes across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Harridge has an apartment development arm, which is currently building 440 apartments and has another 1,300 units entitled.
