Pardee is the founder and chief executive of Pardee Properties, a Venice-based boutique residential real estate brokerage firm, focused mainly on Westside properties. Since its inception in 2005, Pardee has sold over $7 billion in residential and commercial real estate and expanded to three offices across California. Pardee has spent the last five years as the full-time chief executive of Pardee Properties – shaping the company’s growth strategy and mentoring agents. Last year, the company achieved a total sales volume of $512 million and produced $11.8 million in revenue. This is an increase from the company’s reported $428 million in sales volume and $10 million in revenue for 2023. Pardee founded the nonprofit Life Change Warriors and is a member of YPO.
