The company was founded by Nourmand’s father, Saeed Nourmand, in 1976 and Michael Nourmand took over as leader in 2008. His mom, Myra Nourmand, is one of the firm’s top- ellers. Last year, Nourmand & Associates achieved over 424 residential transactions, totaling over $845 million. The company reported an 18.7% increase in sales volume and an 11% increase in average home sales price. Michael Nourmand is a second-generation high-end broker specializing in the sale of estates, condos and income properties throughout Los Angeles.
