Gorin is the president of global commercial brokerage Savills’ Los Angeles region. There he leads a team of over 75 professionals in various initiatives, including research and development, workplace strategy, project management, creative services and tenant representation, while also serving his clients in a brokerage capacity. Gorin began his career at Savills in 1997 and, during his time, has led negotiations for transactions of more than 30 million square feet in Los Angeles and globally. He also served on the firm’s North American Brokerage Board, which guides strategy for tenant advisory teams across the country. He’s overseen some of the largest office leasing transactions in the Los Angeles area, including the biggest deal of the year in 2023.
