Creecy-Herman serves as president of logistics real estate developer Prologis’ U.S. West Region, where she leads the strategic oversight of more than 265 million square feet of logistics and industrial assets and a team of more than 220 people. These assets are located primarily in greater Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas and the Central Valley. She’s responsible for all aspects of business activities in the region, including the acquisition, development and operation of Prologis’ portfolio. Under her leadership, Prologis has maintained its market leadership and continues to grow its footprint in key West Coast hubs. Creecy-Herman was the first female and youngest chair of NAIOP Arizona in 2014.
