He is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s developments in both Southern California and Las Vegas, representing a more than $5.4 billion development pipeline as of the first quarter of this year. This includes over 5 million square feet of office, life sciences, medical office, retail and industrial space, as well as over 3,300 market rate and affordable housing units.. Last year, Trammell Crow achieved over $1 billion in greater Los Angeles construction starts.
