Parker co-founded Parker Brown in 1994 with Scott Brown after serving as a construction manager around Los Angeles. The Canoga Park-based firm specializes in tenant improvements, ground-up construction, medical space and industrial remodels. Among its recent local projects is the conversion of century-old Singer Sewer building in downtown into live/work lofts and ground floor retail. Last year, the firm completed the renovation and expansion of UCLA Health medical office space in Santa Barbara. Parker, who immigrated from Ireland, is active in several San Fernando Valley organizations, including United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley and the Valley Economic Alliance. He is also board chair at Sun Valley-based Mission Valley Bank.
