As managing director of Kroll’s transaction opinions business unit and as a member of the firm’s Fairness & Solvency Opinion Senior Review Committee, Cefali advises companies and boards, renders fairness opinions and solvency opinions, and determines valuations of companies and securities. Recent transactions Cefali has written opinions on include Lineage Inc.’s IPO, Howard Hughes Holdings’ spin-off of Seaport Entertainment Group, and cross fund and continuation fund transactions for firms such as Blackstone and KKR. Outside of her work at Kroll, Cefali co-founded the Women’s Leadership Council which works to connect female leaders with networking opportunities and educational programming as well as to provide community.
