As a partner and co-chair of the Fisher Phillips LLP’s Healthcare Industry Group, Hannah Sweiss is a well-known, trusted litigator and key advisor to employers and represents employers in a variety of industries.
Sweiss has been lead counsel and handled the defense of hundreds of employers in complex class action wage and hour lawsuits, as well as representative lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act. She also handles a full range of Labor and Employment matters, from single plaintiff to multi-plaintiff actions with claims including, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sweiss took the lead on advising employers nationwide and helped them navigate through the pandemic.
