For the past 19 years, Cynthia Sun has been practicing law as a litigator in the areas of general liability, personal injury, product liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and consumer fraud. She has held partnership roles at two of the most prominent minority-owned law firms in Los Angeles, including her current firm, LTL Attorneys, in their consumer protection practice group.
Sun recently won summary judgment in a consumer warranty case in LA County Superior Court (Yaghoubi v. Ford Motor Company) on behalf of the dealership. She also obtained summary adjudication in the same case on behalf of the manufacturer on the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and the Violation of Business and Professions Code 17200 claims.
