Recently, Towill obtained dismissal of three out of six claims filed against clients Nexstar Media Group, Inc. and CA-Lats South, LLC by property developer Omni Capital, LLC. The lawsuit arises out of Omni’s decision to back out of an agreement to purchase property in “LA Times Square.”
