Ryan Park created the real estate banking team for Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, a commercial bank based in Los Angeles. A UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics/economics, Park has successfully established a commercial real estate banking platform that has grown the portfolio from $40 million to over $700 million in just three years. The bank has never shut down and under Park’s stewardship continues to actively support real estate investors and developers with lending services, even as many other banks have scaled back their origination programs.
