Zachary Turke is a corporate partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Los Angeles office, where he serves as co-head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department, the firm’s largest practice group (with approximately 230 law-yers), and co-head of the Aerospace, Defense & Governmental Services Industry Team. Throughout his 18 years with the firm, Turke has closed over 250 middle market M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including aerospace & defense, manufacturing, software & technology, business services and food & beverage. His clients include private equity firms and entrepreneurs in the LA area and across the country. He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Growth, and for ten years served on the Board of Directors of LA-based charity, Partners for Potential.
