Kate Eun Zu Tuma is a partner in the Squire Patton Boggs’ Global Corporate practice in Los Angeles, providing comprehensive legal services spanning all aspects of complex local, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions and matters. Tuma co-leads the firm’s Global and US Automotive & Transportation Group and is one of the only female minority leaders in this role at a large international law firm. She is a trusted advisor to some of the largest car companies in the world, and she regularly advises corporate strategy teams on navigating regulatory compliance, policy, and geopolitical issues affecting the auto-motive industry. Tuma was an associate and partner in the firm’s Tokyo and Seoul offices from 2008 to 2017.
