Robin Samuel leads a team of more than 30 attorneys and business professionals as head of Baker McKenzie’s United States Labor & Employment practice group. He also co-chairs the firm’s workforce redesign service line, which helps clients address issues with changing work dynamics and models across the globe, including the incorporation of AI into employment and recruiting, new ways and models of working, and employee mobility. As a member of the North America Steering Committee for the employment and compensation practice, he provides strategic direction for key practice groups of the firm. A seasoned litigator and employment attorney, Samuel handles federal and state litigation across the US.
