A formal federal prosecutor and trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Mathew Rosengart is widely recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent litigators. He received international acclaim for leading the historic fight to free Britney Spears from a 13-year conservatorship which stripped her of fundamental civil rights and liberties. Rosengart’s other cli-ents include, among others, Verizon, CAA, William Morris Endeavor, Pinterest, Steven Spielberg, Keanu Reeves, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lena Dunham and Michael Mann. A former governor and current executive committee member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, member of Tulane University’s Dean’s Advisory Council, and as general counsel to Sean Penn’s charitable organization CORE, Rosengart continues to serve as a leader in addition to his practice.
