Michael Mallow is the managing partner of Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Los Angeles office, co-chairs the firm’s class action and appellate practice group, and helps lead the firm’s automotive practice, in addition to maintaining a busy litigation practice. Mallow was instrumental in launching the Los Angeles office five years ago and through his reputation, network and grow-ing client needs, has been able to grow the office to 27 attorneys. Mallow’s goal is to keep that expansion moving forward and attract 45-50 attorneys to LA in the next five years. Mallow has defended companies in consumer litigation for more than 25 years. He has represented clients in class action and complex litigation matters, including cases related to economic product defects, unfair competition, false and deceptive advertising, and privacy.
