As a partner in the Los Ange-les office of Hunton on the Capital Finance & Real Estate Team, Hinton maintains a nationwide 360-degree real estate practice that includes representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and portfolio property management, joint ventures as well as lending transactions at all levels through-out the capital stack, such as mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financing, with a particular focus on structuring debt and equity transactions.
