Gabriel G. Green is an experienced trial attorney and the firmwide co-chair of Buchalter’s Litigation Practice Group. Focusing his practice in the areas of complex business disputes, commercial real estate, intellectual property and franchising, Green is known as a problem solver who is able to win the most difficult cases. Under-standing that cases are won through decisive and strategic planning, Green works in partnership with his clients to formulate plans designed to meet his clients’ objectives. Green’s business litigation experience involves a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, oil and gas exploration and distribution, financing, professional services, hospitality, medical providers, commercial leasing and sales, real estate development, wholesalers and distributors of consumer products, internet based as well as brick and mortar retailers, elder care facilities and franchising.
