Robyn Crowther serves as the regional managing partner in California for Step-toe and has considerable first-chair trial and arbitration experience across a variety of litigation fields. She represents individuals, multinational corporations, municipalities, and small businesses. She has experience in provisional and preliminary remedies, plead-ing attacks, and motions for summary adjudi-cation and summary judgment. Crowther works frequently in employee mobility matters, particularly where they intersect with intellectual property, unfair competition, contractual and tort claims. These matters often involve high-pressure efforts to obtain preliminary injunctions or other provisional remedies, and Crowther is well-versed in the procedures and strategies relating to such matters. Her cases have involved civil trials and arbitration before various tribunals, including JAMS, AAA, FINRA and various state and federal courts.
