Sunitha Reddy, MBA, MPH, FACHE is the chief revenue officer and vice president of operations for Prime Healthcare, the fifth largest for-profit health system in the United States. In her leadership role, she drives innovation throughout Prime Healthcare through the planning and directing of its operational and financial strategy and initiatives.
Reddy works closely with local leadership and chief medical officers to strengthen case management departments and streamline hospital clinical workflows. She spearheaded the development of a strategic vendor outsourcing program, the optimization of revenue cycle IT systems, and improved point-of-service collections, yielding a multi-million-dollar bottom-line improvement.
