The transaction involved leasing a two-building campus totaling 700,000 square feet, with each building measuring 350,000 square feet, marking it as the largest new lease in the inÿll Los Angeles submarket. A unique aspect of this deal was the successful leasing of two second-generation buildings together, which presented a signiÿcant challenge in the market. JLL’s Danny Reaume and Rustin Mork represented the landlord in the transaction. This lease has the potential to create job opportunities for local workers across various sectors.
