CBRE relocated its West Los Angeles ofÿce to a new 21,485-square-foot technology-enabled ofÿce on the 8th °oor of 2000 Avenue of the Stars at Century Park. The new ofÿce is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program, which highlights the company’s “Future of Work” space standards, emphasizing innovative technology and diverse collaborative spaces. The ofÿce incorporates advanced technology to support hybrid collaboration and seamless digital experiences. State-of-the-art technologies include an interactive whiteboard, multiple digital displays, including a 135-inch DvLED media display, and tools for screen sharing and interactive presentations. The ofÿce features 14 different types of workstations, including private conference rooms, cafe seating, unassigned desks with insulated panels, and a “Green Room,” which provides a curated space for independent work, relaxation or client events. The design also includes a living room space, complete with comfortable seating and video call technology, to create a home-like atmosphere in the ofÿce. A large community space called “The Heart” features retractable walls for maximum °exibility. The CBRE Design Collective designed the ofÿce with inspiration from LA’s history and landscapes. Curated by NowArt, the artwork honors local public art installations. The clean lines mimic the city’s architecture, while colors from the Paciÿc Ocean and nearby mountains create a calm, productive workspace that re°ects LA’s cultural and natural heritage.
