Willenken partner Jason Wilson has more than three decades of litigation experience, including substantial trial and appellate experience. He has taken almost 20 civil matters to trial (both jury and bench) or binding arbitrations. His practice focuses on complex commercial business litigation, representing major companies across a range of industries in real estate, energy and utilities, environmental, intellectual property, class action, and complex business matters. His representative clients include AbbVie, Open AI, Southern California Gas Company, Hilton, McDonalds, Starbucks, Southern California Edison and Walgreens.
As a result of his unique blend of skills, Wilson is equally adept at telling a compelling story in front of a jury or unpacking a complex legal issue before an appellate panel.
