For the past 18 years, Cynthia Sun has been practicing law as a litigator in the areas of general liability, personal injury, product liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract and consumer fraud. She has held partnership roles at two of the most prominent minority- owned law firms in Los Angeles, including her current firm, LTL Attorneys, in their consumer protection practice group.
Throughout her career, Sun has represented a variety of clients from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and public entities. She has experience with all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, trial, post-judgment litigation, and appeals. Additionally, she serves on the board of Governors for the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
