Nick Pujji, a partner in Dentons’ Employment and Labor practice, is the first turban-wearing Sikh full-equity partner and one of only three Sikh partners at a major US law firm. He represents a wide array of clients in complex business, employment, trade secret, ADA website accessibility and class action litigation, with a particular emphasis in consumer and wage and hour class actions. He handles all aspects of the litigation, arbitration and appellate processes, with a track record of resolving matters through early-stage strategy and communication, negotiated settlement, mediation, trial and arbitration.
Pujji further advises clients on day-to-day employment issues designed to avoid litigation. Since joining the Firm in 2016, Pujji has brought on approximately 2,628 new clients and opened 3,492 new matters.
