Eric Tung is a partner in the Issues & Appeals practice group at Jones Day. Before joining Jones Day, he served as a law clerk to two US Supreme Court Justices. He also served as an assistant United States attorney in the Central District of California where he prosecuted federal crimes, as counsel in the Office of Legal Policy spearheading judicial confirmation efforts, and as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of Solicitor General in the US Department of Justice.
Tung is recognized for his versatile skills, both at the trial and appellate levels, and is often called upon to tackle difficult and complex legal questions facing the firm’s clients. His practice includes healthcare, trade secrets, labor and employment, energy, products liability, construction, insurance, entertainment and financial technology.
