Bee Rarewala, chief strategy officer of architecture firm AC Martin, has centered her 20-plus year career at the nexus of design thinking and business strategy, with a passion for developing the next generation. As CSO, Rarewala drives business growth through vision-led, strategic planning and acts as a change agent for firmwide transformation. She facilitates key initiatives and investments, drives continuous improvement, and oversees business development strategy, marketing and communications.
Prior to AC Martin, Rarewala was the principal and director of Corporate Brand Strategy for global architecture firm CRTKL, where she helped to steward the integration of the firm with IBI Group and parent company Arcadis. She also sits on the executive committee of the USC Architecture Guild.
