Alison Plessman regularly leads many of Hueston Hennigan’s most significant matters and has cemented a reputation as one of the state’s top litigators. Her wide-ranging practice includes matters involving wildland fire and debris flow, defamation, discrimination, copyright infringement, contract, employment, securities fraud, and trade secrets. She also advises clients on their most sensitive and confidential internal matters, including whistleblowing, discrimination, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets misappropriation, termination and unfair competition.
Plessman’s work includes representing PacifiCorp and Pacific Power in numerous high-stakes lawsuits stemming from the 2020 Labor Day Fires that burned over 500,000 acres across eight counties in Oregon and California. Plessman has scored multiple pre-trial and trial wins.
