One of the founding partners of Miller Barondess, LLP, Dan Miller is an accomplished trial lawyer with a record of success in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in California and around the country. He is involved in all aspects of managing the firm, including business development, training, recruiting and strategic planning for the growth of the business.
Miller has extensive experience in the real estate sector, working with land developers, homebuilders, lenders, real estate private equity firms, and investment firms. He also has worked with banking and private equity clients and has represented some of the leading investment banks in the world, two of the largest publicly traded banks in California, a leading venture capital firm in Los Angeles, and several early-stage companies.
