Managing partner Shawn Kerendian founded Keystone Law Group, P.C. in 2014 with the ambitious vision of focusing his practice solely on probate law. Recognizing a tremendous generational wealth transfer was looming and many firms specializing in probate were actually estate planning firms, Kerendian saw an opportunity to fill this gap and seized it.
Keystone is now about 10 times the size it was when it was established, and has become the largest probate firm in California. Under Kerendian’s leadership, the firm has vigorously pursued claims against estates and trusts, successfully representing heirs, beneficiaries and creditors in cases involving potential recoveries exceeding $500 million and advising fiduciaries on the protection and management of assets totaling over $1.5 billion.
