With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jabari Grant is a seasoned leader who has been instrumental in the successful launch of City National Bank’s Small Business Ladder Up Program, a special purpose credit program with flexible lending and eligibility criteria. Grant serves as the business community manager in LA County and works with community partners to help small business owners connect with resources aimed at helping them grow.
Grant believes that a large barrier preventing small business owners from accessing the resources they need is a lack of awareness about lending standards and the programs available to them. He actively partners with local non-profit small business advocacy organizations to facilitate financial literacy workshops and seminars.
