Karine Philippon serves as the managing partner of
Mazars Los Angeles office. She started her career in
the Mazars Paris office and has more than 15 years
of experience in public accounting, with a focus on
assisting clients with business acquisitions and audits.
Philippon also leads the Technology & Media Practice
globally and is a member of the firm’s Executive Board.
Philippon built the Los Angeles FORVIS Mazars
office, and ran and grew the technology practice for
the company in the US and globally. She is member of
the French Trade Advisors – CCEF Southwest Section.
With a focus on assisting clients with business acquisi-
tions and audits of middle-market to multinational pub-
licly-traded corporations under IFRS, US GAAP and
French GAAP, she has an extensive background serving
manufacturing and technology companies as well as
service organizations.
