Wendy On took over as co-managing partner of
Fineman West & Co LLP during the pandemic in
2021. Her leadership has been crucial in guiding
the firm through challenging times and she has done so
with a focus on inclusivity, community engagement and
staff development. On has over 20 years of experience
serving clients in the consumer products, real estate,
manufacturing, biotech, technology and entertainment
industries. From inbound and outbound logistics to
manufacturing and import/export processes, she pro-
vides business and tax planning strategies and share
best practices in the industry to help companies achieve
their financial goals.
On serves on the California Hospital board in Los
Angeles and the Asian Pacific Community Fund, where
her expertise in financial management has been instru-
mental. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chi-
nese and leads the firm’s Chinese practice group.
