As regional president of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s Southwest market, Firestone oversees more than 600 insurance brokers in the region. The company’s southwest region grew last year, with acquisitions of The Coverage Pro LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, and of Hartley Cylke Pacific Insurance Services Inc. in San Diego adding offices, personnel and clients under Firestone’s leadership.
