Kerry Ayazi has worked in healthcare management and leadership for almost two decades. She has held various executive positions where she has shown herself to be an exceptional example of women’s leadership. Ayazi is a fierce advocate for reproductive health access parity. She worked for 13 years as the senior vice president and general counsel of a renowned nonprofit reproductive healthcare provider. She has also worked in cancer care before returning to reproductive health with HRC Fertility. She is passionate about equity in healthcare access and advancing reproductive medicine.
Ayazi’s leadership path took a parallel but distinct track as she continued to grow through the corporate path, increasingly taking on more corporate, administrative and governance responsibilities. This corporate journey has continued over the last 18 years or so, which led her to the position she has now, chief administrative, compliance & legal officer for HRC Fertility.
